I’m kind of a high strung anxious character by nature and I’ve tried different supplements for that. As someone who's suffered from both insomnia and lower back & joint pain this is a total godsend! This Curcuva is great for inflammation and restlessness but it doesn't make you drowsy.It's important to me to stay off any prescription drugs and this natural supplement helps me stay active, stay positive, AND get a good night's rest. I’m not one to write reviews but I’ve had a positive experience with this supplement. I take two pills an hour or so before bed and I’ve noticed that I’m definitely more calm. I have two young kids that aren’t the best sleepers and I’m up at least once a night with the toddler. I find that I can get back to sleep faster since taking Curcuva, and I don’t need to look at my phone to make me tired.I also think it’s helped with my headaches. I normally drink one cup of coffee a day and if I miss it, I would get a headache. But since taking this, I haven’t noticed a headache and I know I missed my coffee a few days ago. Will update this in a month to see how everything is going.

Sure Essentials really did a great job with this supplement. Curcumin and kava are two great ingredients. The anti inflammatory nature of the curcumin should not be understated, especially with everything coming to light linking inflammation to a multitude of physical AND mental diseases. This drug not only calmed me enough to get to sleep quickly, sleepily, but is also going to do wonders in the long term because of the anti-inflammatory properties of the curcumin. I look forward to it's continued benefits.

I'm a regular customer. Been taking Curcuva for around a year now. It takes around 2 weeks to kick in, but once you're on the right path, it works. I know this from experience. I have anxiety (with panic attacks), osteoarthritis, and since I'm going through perimenopause, I spend a lot of night tossing and turning. So after taking curcuva for few months in a row, and feeling great, I decided to stop it for one month to see how I'll be doing. 2-3 weeks later, I woke up with this bad feeling and heart palpitations.
