These are the best looking c9 LED Christmas lights I could find that look the closest to the incandescent ones I grew up with. I compared then to similar LED light from different box stores and they just don’t compare. My husband was able to cut the wires and fit them to our roof. They look amazing! I’ll post of picture soon when I take a picture.

I went all over town looking specifically for these old fashioned lights and was sad to find only the newer style ones. I was happy to see these! And I really like them. These are the real deal if you want regular old fashioned lights. They have the screw in bulbs so you can replace them. They do heat up a bit as the old fashioned ones did but I have not had any problem with that. I had these lining my car port and fence. They look nice! I would recommend buying some replacement bulbs with these as they do burn out. As I said they are the real deal for old fashioned lights! LOVE them!!!

The brightness of these bulbs are incredible. However, we just put them up about a week ago. As most of the reviews say, yes these things get extremely hot.. So I will switch them off at midnight so they don’t run all night.I was surprised none of them were broken, as most of the reviews have mentioned that as well.They were all intact and have been durable —so far so good—One year later, one whole strand was dead, so there’s only one string of lights on my house this year. Maybe not so reliable after all. (Still pretty though)

So far no issues with this. Even comes with an extra bulb (whereas the same one I purchased at the store didn't come with a spare...go figure). Be careful though because the bulb will break somewhat easily. It was windy when I was hanging it up and one of the bulbs hit the wood fencing and broke. Thankfully there was a spare. I decided to string it taut so there's no slack that would cause it to billow in heavy gusts of wind and possibly break against the wood fencing. That's the only reason for my one star deduction.

Update: another 2 strands have randomly stopped working. I don't recommend at all.They look beautiful plugged in, reminds me of our house growing up all decorated. I'm not a fan of LED lights and these are perfect.Unfortunately of the 6 boxes we bought, we tested them all, hung them outside, and 2 days later 2 of the strands stopped working randomly. There were no damage to the wires (we use clips to hang no staples), so we're not really sure what happened. Hoping the rest don't die because we're due for snow tonight so we won't be getting on the roof after tonight!

I didn't see anyone reviewing the LED version so here we go. First of all, they still have the same warm glow that gives you that vintage feel. I wish the plastic felt just a little heavier but still feels like a qualify build. Bought 2 strands (25 x 2 lights) and all lite up on test. Also with the LED version it won't get hot like the non led version (growing up incandescent C9 lights always got hot, guess everyone forgets). I am going to put these up for xmas in about 2 weeks so will update this if I see any big issues.

Used them for both Halloween and Christmas. Good size bulbs with the right light dim. They were a hit and I’m planning on using them every year.

These lights are exactly what I was looking for. Pictures don’t make it justice. Colors are very close to what is shown on the product description, they are bright old fashioned colors. All bulbs were working and intact. There was one extra blue bulb in each box which was nice. I’m very happy, they look so festive. I expected them to warm up a lot based on other users reviews, but after about 30 min of work at a 50 degree outdoor I was able to comfortably hold the light, so no concerns here.

All bulbs light. Looks good. Feels retro.
