I really like this spanish rice. Pop it into the microwave and 90 seconds later it's good to go. I add chicken to it most of the time with the some cheese. Hmmm.

the rice is all squished together in the packs like bricks, it takes forever to break it up before you cook them, if you dont the clumps dont cook and you end up with dry spots.
