Don't Judge Too Soon-But Read Carefully!
This tablet is impressively sized and sturdy so far. I still need to get properly adjusted to it, but don't make the mistake I did-don't forget to read the manual! The slip that comes with the package explains it has a protective film on the screen you can remove, it isn't the screen itself that's low quality. The slip also says to download a task killer app to improve speed. The only issues I need to work on are 1) GBoard isn't properly syncing my learned words and 2) It keeps disconnecting from my wifi for a few seconds every ten minutes or so. I still need to fully read the manual, and I've had it for less than a day, so I'll update this review later.

slow, lags, short battery life
The only good thing about this tablet is the size of it. It runs super slow and almost all of my apps i have on it freeze the tablet and i have to restart it. it takes almost 5 minutes to boot up and several minutes to start any apps. im super bummed about this. seeing that it was so new i thought i was getting a bang for my money but its more of a FLOP! If i could get another tablet i would but i dont have the packaging anymore so returning this is out of the question. im so bummed. i bought this to replace a amazon fire and its just as slow as it is! the fire is a really old tablet so i thought anything i got was a upgrade. boy that wasnt the case. ugh. its jumpy and laggy as well. oh and the battery, oh man, that dies after an hour of playing anything or doing anything on the tablet. even if its plugged in i may get an hour and a half.

Do not buy this tablet! Yes, it's big and the box in comes in is nice. The one I received could barely connect to anything. Takes 10 min for it to load up from the ANDROID screen. It has some scratches on the screen. I believe this tablet has been returned before and is now being passed around like your Aunt Mildred's crappy Christmas fruitcake. Stay away, spend a little more and save yourself the trouble of returning it.

I typically hate writing negative reviews
I typically hate writing negative reviews, however I do pride myself on my candid honesty, so here it is. When I first activated it, the screen had a distorted look to it in the sense that it tried to go for a 3D look and the colors would polarize and not return to normalcy regardless of the angle I held the device. Within less than a week after purchasing and receiving this product, the tablet refused to charge properly. Now, I tend to treat my electronic devices with the utmost care because I know how electronic items tend to be very fragile. Regardless of that care, it still failed to properly charge. I do not know if I had simply gained a factory error tablet or if the overall product of this company is shotty, but I do not recommend purchasing this tablet. I am returning it for a refund so I can purchase a tablet from a different company.

Good budget tablet
This is a good budget tablet for the price. The screen color is a bit washed out and when combined with the resolution I found myself straining to see details on the screen. The tablet does lag a bit when using apps but that was expected at this price. Only about half the ram is usable. I did find the battery to drain faster than expected so you would be using the USB port allot for charging so wear on the port is a concern. To give you an idea of where I'm coming from I compared this to my 2013 Nexus 7 tablet. I found that the Nexus 7 was superior in color depth, resolution and battery life. It is, however, a five-year-old tablet compared to the new NeuTab budget tablet. If you're looking for a cheap tablet that you can run some apps and media on it's great for the price. If screen quality and battery life are important then probably spend the money elsewhere.

My 7 year old phone that has no memory left still ran the game better than this
Don't buy it unless you are only planning on having slow running, media apps. I literally only bought this for 2 apps, a game and a little drawing app. The tablet was slow right as it came out of the box. I expected it to be because it was updating and such, since that is common with new devices, but no. It continued to run awfully even after all initial setups and downloads were complete. It was painfully slow, maybe running at only 5fps during my game, if the game didn't crash first. My 7 year old phone that has no memory left still ran the game better than this. So much for wanting to play on a bigger screen. Speaking of which the screen quality isn't great either, and scratches easily. Don't buy this.

Very difficult to use without eyestrain
I'm sorry, this really was not a good item. It's possible I received a defective tablet, but perhaps it is just a poor design. The issue is the screen. Even after adjusting brightness etc it was very hard to view without eyestrain, glare, or blurriness even in a dark room. The viewing angle is very limited and requires an unnatural, asymmetrical tilt and even then it was still hard to look at. I only use my tablet for reading digital comics and simple web browsing, which is why I was going the cheap route -- I really don't require anything fancy. I can only imagine how difficult watching movies or gaming would be on this device. Fortunately I was able to return it for credit no problem. I am currently shopping for a replacement tablet.

Dishonest! Tried to pass off a used computer as new.
I purchase a "NEW" NeuTab 10 inch Android Tablet from NeuTab through Amazon. Amazon just takes the orders. NeuTab fills them. I spent an hour trying to figure out why I couldn't log into my Google account to download an app. Then I couldn't get into my PayPal account. It kept telling me my password was incorrect. Two hours wasted. I went into Settings to start over and set up a new User Account and saw another Users name, along with his e-mail address and PayPal account information. It was there that I finally realized the "NEW" tablet was a "USED" tablet. I had noticed earlier some very, very light scuff marks on the screen, but figured it was just from the manufacturing. I tried to call the company direct four times and nobody answered the phone. I strongly warn anyone about buying anything from NeuTab. They are dishonest and send out used items as new. Buyer beware!!!!
