Have used this a lot since developing cauda equina syndrome, both before and after my operation and I love that it can be used for both cold and hot. I’ve had no issues using this in the microwave or freezer, haven’t had any issues with it leaking etc so I’d say it’s pretty good value for money. Just don’t put it directly on skin after it’s been in the freezer as I got freezer burn after using it like that, which was my own fault as the instructions say not to do this

For christmas a mate of mine got me one of the migrain ones which has really helped me out alot so whne i saw this for lower back, i thought why not.I perfer using them as cold instead of the heat as heat doesnt really work on me.I wouldnt say this relieves all the pain but it has been a really big help in reducing it.

I’m using this as an ice pack for my back muscles, it is very cold which I need to repair the muscle. As it also works as a heat pad, it’s a useful thing to have. Very well made and it has a strap which is elasticated.Very good. 👍

I love this product it’s well made and perfect for me. I have a lot of lower back issues and the fact you can put it In the freezer or microwave depending on what stage your at is great. Much better than using a bag of peas as it covers the whole of the bottom of your back. I used the cold for two days then the warm. It really helped with my recovery. I would definitely recommend.

I got this for my chronic back pain while at work i love that it stays put and has a great strap that i can wear it while i work and i dont have to try to tuck it somewhere or sit down to ice it , i can keep moving and eleviate the pain and swelling at the same time. gets super cold and works good warm too! Girlys with cramps strap this to you to help with cramps like a portable leak proof hot water bottle without the bulk!

Me ha llegado correcto el producto y se ve de buena calidad. Lo estoy probando ahora mismo en frío, y fenomenal para justo los 20min que necesito y que me han recomendado a usar de manera diaria. Me compré este cinturón de gel para cuando estoy sentado en la silla tener la comodidad del frío en la zona lumbar y que no se me mueva. Por el momento y sin ninguna queja de nada, recomiendo este producto.
