This was a Godsend for a low-carb diet!. It looks just like the real thing, and makes my life much easier. Don't overcook because it has a softer texture than ordinary pasta, but that is not a huge problem.It's just as filling!

This tastes just like pasta because it is not low-carb. This company has been the subject of a class-action lawsuit in the USA. They cannot prove their claims about the "protected" carbs. (I googled it after seeing the 41 g of carbs listed on the box- that's per serving!)I've eaten small portions of it as a treat; it does taste good, but I would hate for anyone who works so hard to stick to a low-carb diet to be fooled by this. If what I've read is true, this is no more low carb than your favourite pasta, so why not have a half a serving of that on a treat/cheat day?I wish this pasta were LC, but it just plain isn't.

I love this pasta - whilst the consistency isn't quite the same as 'normal' pasta it's fine - and perfectly acceptable with a sauce. It is like comparing fresh and dried pasta - different but still pleasant and palatable. The calories absorbed from carbs are negligible in a decent sized serving so this makes the pasta a very useful aid to this type of diet. Highly recommended.

What a lovely surprise. I couldn't tell the difference. I hope that they extend their range.It took a while to be delivered but the wait was worth missing that blood sugar hike from normal pasta.

Bought this while doing a low carb diet and was extremely pleasantly surprised. Mixed it in with some Bolognese and couldn't tell the difference.
