Natierra, TerrAmazon Cacao Nibs, 6 Ounce

I have tried multiple brands of cacao nibs. These are some of the best I have tasted. Some brands have a more intense bitter flavor you can smell wafting from the bag.You see, cacao has to be fermented after picking in order to reduce or eliminate the natural bitter flavor. These are the least bitter nibs I have tried in a while.

I've had cacao nibs from different manufacturers and they do vary in quality. This isn't the best, but I stick to it because of its price.Occasionally my teeth encounter shells or rocks, so I am careful

I just love these no sugar cacao nibs. Perfect on top of oatmeal or for baking. They're high in fiber and protein and a great option for those who enjoy a bitter chocolate taste and want a healthy option.

This feels like it's helping a lot. I mix it into my smoothies with frozen blueberries, cinnamon and cardamom in milk kefir. I will report again down the road.

I like it, and use pretty much daily with soy milk. However, I am not in a position to say it is the best Cacao out there. I am going to give some other brands a try, and am looking for some reviews.

I had never tried this food and was curious to see how to use the nibs in cooking and snacking. So far I've sprinkled them over yogurt and made them into a low-carb almond flour based cake. The flavor is sophisticated and includes many subtle notes, like good wine. I recommend this for anyone willing to try something different. Don't expect a purely chocolate flavor, there is chocolate there, but it is one flavor among many.

bitter and healthy! I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and I wanted to get my chocolate fix these have no sugar and still taste ok!

Usually this is good? But the bag is trashy this time, not like all the ones I have ordered in the past. Usually they are good.
