Delicious Homemade Egg Bites
I use these little molds to make egg bites that taste very similar to Starbucks sous vide egg bites. They fit perfectly into the small Instant Pot. There are a couple of recipes included with the molds that are easily adapted to your own tastes. The eggs come out just the right texture, unlike baking them in the oven. You need to grease the molds or the eggs will stick, though. I will use these little molds a lot!

So Many Uses with the 3-qt Instant Pot
These mold are as expected and fit in the 3-qt Instant Pot. The steamer is a bit snug but since it is flexible it fits in the pot just fine. The only way to make the steamer not fit snugly would be to reduce the size of it and the egg molds; I think the current sizing is therefore ideal. Lids are silicone as well and can also go in the IP. I recommend these for those wanting to make egg bites, pancake bites, cheesecake bites, mini meatloafs, etc.

Adorable Egg Bites
I have the 3 quart Instant Pot. I was reading on the blog Nom Nom Paleo about fried potatoes using the Instant Pot. I don't eat paleo but I often find myself trying paleo recipes and I do love fried potatoes. Her recipe calls for this silicone steamer. I didn't have one and was impatient to cook some spuds I had lying around. My first effort was something I cobbled together with foil and the trivet that comes with the IP. This did not work as well as I'd hoped. So when the set came I immediately washed it and went to work. I wasn't sure at first if it would work because the fit is tight. It has to be tucked in and sort of folds rather awkwardly around the edges. The first time I tried to evenly fold up the edges. This was a bad idea for two reasons. First, it's not necessary and second it makes it more difficult to remove if you've wedged it in there. To avoid burning myself when removing hot food, I use a pair of silicone tongs or a kitchen towel to protect my hands. The steamer has a clasp to keep the handles together. If you haven't wedged it in there, a slight tug is all you need. I just used the steamer and egg bites molds for the first time and they are adorable. I kinda sorta didn't read about greasing them first. Fortunately for me they came unmolded easily. I wasn't sure if you are supposed to use the cover when cooking but the pictures have the molds in the IP without and so I took that as instruction. In hindsight it made sense; the eggs puff up. That's also the reason I don't stack the molds. I set the pressure cook to 10 minutes rather than 8 as I saw on a recipe because I put raw potatoes in my egg mixture. They tasted good and the potatoes are done but just barely. Next time I'll most likely steam the potatoes. Or set it to 12 minutes. Experimentation is in order even though my first attempt was entirely edible. I'm really pleased with this purchase.

Quick Bites
I never thought I would like eating these egg bites, but after adding bacon or sausage to them, they came out perfect!!!

Fits 3 qt mini Instapot
Bought to make sous vide egg bites. The 2 trays fit in my smaller 3 qt Instapot. My only complaint...do NOT follow the recipe included with the trays as it is a recipe you would use if you were using a 6 qt Instapot. I ended up with a lot of extra mixture and too much water in the pot. Find recipes online specifically for 3 qt Instapot- wish I had done that first!

Egg bite molds fit my 3qt pot nicely, but the steamer tray is too large.
I tried these out for the first time about a week ago. The egg bite molds work wonderfully, and I'm very happy with them. I use the 'covers' turned upside down on top of the molds when cooking, and experienced no issues with this. The steamer basket with handles though, the circumference is far too wide to fit easily in my 3qt. instant pot. I love the 'idea' of it, but in practice while I can 'make' it fit, it's very awkward and the sides of the steamer try have to be haphazardly folded up to make it fit in my 3qt. pot. It is still usable, but having bought a set that says it's designed specifically for a 3qt. machine, I was disappointed that this piece clearly is not designed to fit inside a 3qt. pot.

Starbucks Sous-vide egg bites!
Works very well for knock-off egg bites. Hard to tell the difference between the real thing. Delicious.

Great addition to my instapot.
I love my egg bits. Working on the other uses, mini corndog bites, blueberry bites. Lots of recipes on the web.I use my instapot almost every day. I'm using it much more with this accessory. One problem is the lifting tray. This is for the 3qt mini, which I have. The egg bits trays fit great. But the lifting tray is a little big. It doesn't just fall into place, I have to push down because the tray is wider than my pot. It comes out fine, just hard to get in. I reduced the rating 1 star for that.
