I bought this to use in an Instant Pot. I took the Instant Pot back, but kept this. I love the egg bites at Starbucks and wanted to try making them. I greased the cups, added fillings, covered w/ foil, and let them steam on the trivet in a covered pot for 15 min. Turned the stove off, and left them in the covered pot for about 10 minutes. I used a spoon to take them out of the cups. They were perfect! So healthy and you can be so creative. Easy clean up too!

If you've been bitten by the Instant Pot bug, this is a toolset that will make things a bit simpler and easier. I like the sling much more than using folded foil. The egg bites mold is a dream, especially if you like making meatloaf or the egg bites which are at your local 'bucks coffee house. We've made them several times and my husband is always impressed at how easy they are to make and even better how easy it is to clean up the mold!
