Love the look and so much better than the typical plastic stuff, but it took me a little while to figure out how to install it myself. Videos all showed the cheap plastic ones that are already mostly assembled and provided no reference. Nor did looking at my other toilet handle that was not broken. It was mostly because of the orientation of the lever and the fact that I was afraid to break it. I wasn't sure that the screw was, indeed, the screw and not one piece, and could be seperated with some effort. If you've ever had to do this before, this is probably an easy, simple install. I plan on buying another one for the other toilet, should go much smoother.

I love this handle, It feels solid in its construction, absolutely beautiful. I took a chance that I would be able to adjust for a side flush and I was but only as a vertical mount that pulls forward. I did several bends in the rod to make it lift while not hitting the tank wall. I used the lock washer where the rod attaches and if it starts to loosen, I will add a drop of super glue or jb-weld to hold it in place. Don't expect the seller to guarantee side installation but if you are willing to take a chance that you don't break it, you will be thrilled. Nothing this pretty in metal is under $50 for a side mount.

Bought our house new in 2017 and had one of these exact handle assemblies on the toilets. One of them broke a few months back and I replaced it with this. Easy to install but at only 6 years of life, I guess it isn't very sturdy.

Easy to install. Looks like the old handle and assembly that was badly corroded. Hopefully this one will hold up better. The "brass" arm to the old one was actually brass-plated steel that rusted away quite badly. Hopefully this new handle and arm are solid brass, but I doubt it.

The product is functionally excellent. As long as you are mechanically inclined, you’ll love the performance. It does not hang up like some of the plastic models. There is a lack of instructions for installation and some may give up before they can make it work.

I was not pleased with the design of this part. The square fitting it is required to fit into on the toilet tank does not line up with this item for the handle to set level. Very disappointing considering I tried everything before returning to the old handle I was attempting to replace. :-( Wouldn't buy this product again.

This is the second time we have purchased this product. The first time we purchased the nickel finish. This time we purchased the chrome finish for a different bathroom. Although the product page on Amazon includes images for installation instruction and a part inventory, nothing is included in the package. The installation is not as easy as the product page implies: Images show right hand installation; our toilets have the handle on the left side and therefore have a left handed orientation for the handle. It is not intuitive which way parts should be oriented. With this second handle the base and the nut would not come off. It took a very long time and pliers to remove them. The Toothed Lock Washer (SUS304) was not included in this order for the chrome finish version. We installed it without the part hopefully it will work without it. A detailed installation instruction sheet with trouble shooting tips and part inventory sheet would be much appreciated. Otherwise, the first one seems to work well and although not exactly the design aesthetic we were hoping to replace, it fits well with the decor and the finishes look nice.
