They are what I expected. I warm them up for my wrist; I just wish they kept the heat longer.

I got to use this and got and cold and keep the temperature very good. Comfortable to wear

These are comfortable and they feel great when you out them on from the freezer but within about 15 minutes they are at room temp. I wish they stayed cold longer.

After throwing batting practice for hours, this provides a perfect fit and long lasting relief for a sore elbow.

I don't use this for cold, only heat. And it is excellent!
