Unbelievable bit of kit and the PowerWave app gives you loads of home workouts which is the real bonus here. I absolutely love it and my wife who never goes to the gym does the home workouts (20minutes) every other day. This is what shocked me the most. She's more addicted than me.

I've never been much of a lover for the gym but when I heard about powerwave I got in contact with my local personal trainer Dan Hartley and he was great. Best exercise session recommend this to anyone loved it
