I did receive the bag with a lot of loose thread, which I was not happy about. The bag looks exactly as it does in the picture. It’s big enough to carry the items I need for class.***UPDATE***The seller reached out to me and I was about to voice my opinions. I was ensured that this is not their standard. I love love this bag! It has so much room for anything I need on the go! I also love the little pocket inside the bag it’s perfect for a phone. It is very well made! I can fit my headphones, phone, wallet, water bottle and keys. Even with all that stuff I have room for more. Very happy with this purchase

I love this bag, but after about a month of having it I've realized that the dye started to rub on non black items I'd put into the bag. My wallet, tablet case, notebook all have black areas from the dye.
