BEWARE NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER THIS ITEM AGAIN DESCRIPTION SAID THAT IT FITS UP TO 70 INCHES AND IT DOESNT MY TV WAS HANGING OFF AND NOW IM STUCK HAVING TO PAY TO SHIP OT BACK CAUSE OF AN ERROR ON THE SELLERS BEHALF!!!!!!!!!!!

This overall is a nice product. However, I will NEVER order another thing from this company again. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This product came shipped with directions stating no power tools needed, but the bottom piece was shipped with no pre-drilled holes for the legs, and the holes pre-drilled for the doors were incorrect. In addition, there was someone's hair (2 pieces) stuck to the glass that clearly was seen and should have been removed before shipping. The hair was the least of my worries. What stated an approximate 90 minute install, took almost 3 hours after having to make sure what I did was correct, as not to damage anything. I contacted customer service 3 times and still have not heard back anything except, they are busy and will contact me soon. It has now been over 3 weeks and still nothing.

I am disappointed with this stand. My husband and I got it almost together (after about 1 1/2 hrs) and realized the top corner was chipped. I suppose it is partially my fault for not checking over each piece before assembly, but very upset that the only return/refund option available is to take it apart and mail it back for a replacement. I don’t want to spend another 2 hrs taking it apart and 2 weeks for shipping another. I guess I try to fix it myself, but for the price very disappointing and frustrating.

We ordered this item to go with a brand new 70” tv that we ordered. It said in the description that it fits up to 70in in measurement . When we received our tv 2 days later, the tv is too wide for the stand. False advertisement for the measurement for the stand. What can be done? Can we return ? I tried calling the customer service line and every time I press any option and then hangs up on me. Who can I talk to?

This entertainment center took 4 hours, with two people, to put together. The reason why is because this product only has certain places where there are precut holes to place nails. You have to make your own. The instructions were easy to follow, but you easily got stuck because you had to make your own holes. DO NOT be fooled you DO need a drill to create the holes. I didn’t even put the legs on the bottom because there were no holes and it was too hard to make them at the bottom of the entertainment center without splitting the wood. I would not buy this again, but it’s doing the job it needs to at the moment.

I was just looking for something simple to hold my new 65 inch. Shipping was fast and it actually came early during the holiday season via UPS. However, putting it together was a whole other story. Definitely will need two people along with a tape measurer because there were no holes drilled for the legs... so you'll have to make your own. The directions are not very clear or easy to follow either. Once you get past assembly, it really is a nice stand for the price. You can even Jazz it up with LED lights like I did

The directions are not easy to understand. They combine multiple steps in one. The backboard is not straight. The cabinet doors are not straight. There is no pre drilled holes for the stands or for the glass panels. The handles are a cheap silver plastic. It’s okay for the price. You get what you pay for.

Absolutely horrible! Would not recommend to anybody. There were multiple pieces that had damage to the corners but the worst part was trying to clean up the packing materials. They send the item with the worst packing foam/styrofoam that clings to everything. It took me 3x longer to try and clean everything up (and I’m sure I’ll still be finding this stuff months from now) then it did to put the tv stand together. Even if it was the best quality and no dings on the corners, there is no amount of money that would deal with that cleaning again.
