The "Lee Tall Instantly Slims Classic Relaxed Fit Monroe Straight Leg Jeans" are my absolute favorite jeans. They are the best fitting and best looking jeans I own. In fact, this is my 3rd purchase of them. I now own 5 of the 6 colors offered. This time, I bought them in the color Ellis. These jeans are made for tall / leggy women who need long length jeans. The 11.5" front rise of the jean allow them to sit comfortably about mid way between the waist and belly button. These top quality stretch denim, fashionable, straight leg, button fly jeans have a 34" inseam and a built in tummy panel that instantly and continuously slims to provide a flattering and shapely fit around my waist, hips and buttocks helping me to look my best.*** Inseam Problem SolvedThe folks at Lee helped us tall / long legged women by making jeans with the longer inseams we need in order for them to fit us correctly. This entire line of Tall sized jeans have a 34 inch inseam. For someone like me who is very leggy and is 5' 9", I know these jeans will look and fit me good. Additionally, since proper inseam length is no longer an issue for me, when I wear these jeans, I can also wear practically any of my shoe styles and heel heights with them: from my flats, sneakers and sandals to my fashionable high high heel pumps, platforms and open toe designs, in these jeans, I can wear them all. That's the reason I keep coming back to Lee and why I bought these jeans in five colors.*** Quality & ComfortThe blend of the cotton, polyester and spandex of 81%, 18% and1% respectively was done to create the high quality fabric needed in the jeans and helps the slimming, shaping and contouring of the waist, hips and buttocks. This blending ratio also gives the jeans their softness, the ideal amount of stretchiness that is needed to enhance the shapely silhouette look we like and, ensures the all day comfort and wear ability we expect. NOTE: The jean material's blend and the ratios just mentioned apply to all the colors offered EXCEPT the color Palisade as its material blend listed as 98% Cotton and 2% Spandex . Therefore, since I do not own and haven't worn that color in these jeans, I cannot be certain of how the Palisade colored / named jeans perform.

Super comfortable, fit is just what my size is, my only thing is they are long (but I’m used to that because I’m short at 5’2”). Highly recommend.

I like the jeans. I’m 5’9 and a half and ordered long. I ordered a 12 and they fit great! The still are a little short to me but they are okay. They even say curvy with a stretch. They have a strong smell so I hope it washes out. The jeans have some cute silver embellishments but definitely not the same Lee Jeans from the 90s with thick “Jean” material.

Fits like a glove and is a very flexible jean to wear. Highly recommend these Lee jeans.

These are the most comfortable jeans, and the best fitting jeans ever! I’m 74 and have had many jeans in my life. As a full-figured woman, it’s important to have the jeans fit a woman’s tummy area, not come up to her hips and then stop! I don’t have to pull on these. They were too long so I did have to have them altered but was willing to do that since they fit like a glove elsewhere.

When I originally tried these on, I loved them. They fit in the waste without that gap and they were long enough for me. Unfortunately, as I wore them throughout the day they got super baggy and stretched out. I’ll need to wear a belt with them now to prepare for when they get stretched out mid day. The material is soft and comfortable though! I’m 5’9” 140lbs and wear a 4Long for reference.

I received my two pair very quickly. Was I, surprised, yes. The color Bella, was terrific! It was just about the same as shown. I searched everything on these jeans, plus washed them to give you an accurate account of my opinion. I checked every seam and hem and they were straight. I, have bought some from stores before when I washed them one of the legs would kinda twist around where the seam would be in a strange and non normal place. But Hurrah all were straight. As I am around 5'8" depending on my posture for the day, hahaha they shrunk in the length, around 1/4" when I washed them. The tag suggested, I wash in cold water, nope they ended up washed in warm. Insideout though, I always follow. Tag also said tumble dry on LOW, or line dry. Of course, mine were tumbled dried on medium, because I was testing these jeans. I don't know about others, but I have had others grab the laundry and accidentally my jeans are in it. They get washed in warm and dried on medium. I know some of you are shaking your heads and cringing, but some of you, even though you may not admit it, this has happened to you. So, to sum it up. Yes they are right on size. They are stretchy, and I do love the feel of them. Remember, these are the CURVY FIT. if you don't need it in your thighs, these aren't for you. (I get them to wear leggings, winter red longjohns, under). To the thickness, they aren't 100% cotton so they are not the jeans to go prospecting for gold in. Oh, yes I can still wear healed boots with them, even after the crazy wash and dry. These jeans are nice on, and with your shoe choice and accessories they go with you almost anywhere. However, if you are expecting heavy jeans you should look for jeans with more cotton. These are what I bought my jeans for. To run here and there, to doctors office, really for me to wear in my everyday life. Accessories get ready, you going to be dizzy. I will update this review after I wear them out a few times in different weather conditions.

I ordered the 10 Long and they fit well in the waist and seat but they were just too short. They actually appeared to just be regular (or maybe even short) length jeans with the hem ripped out and left unfinished! Even with the extra length from that, they barely came to my ankle. Really disappointing.

These jeans are sooo good. Color is exactly what i wanted, more on the dark side. Am 5ft 4 in; order the short and its perfect, can wear flats or even a little heel. The fit is perfect. Accommodates my hips nicely!Highly recommend. Lee jeans like in our youth!

I'm very picky about jeans. I am 212lbs at 5'10 and have a very long inseam. My entire life it's been so hard to find pants that were both large enough and long enough for me to wear. But these. These are perfect, I love them so much, the fit perfectly, and they are the PERFECT length! They really really REALLY are slimming too! My mother said to me "have you lost weight?" when I wore them, even though I totally hadn't. I just can't get over how much I love these jeans. I wish they made them in all different colours, I would buy them all!

Nicest jeans I've had for years. Flattering and a perfect fit. Hard to find jeans that are long enough for me.

The jeans didn't fit well - too curvy for my body shape so I decided to return them. The cost of a postal return to the U.S. was £23 ... only refundable if garment was faulty, which it wasn't. I should have read the small print. I decided it wasn't worth the expense to return them. Very disappointing - a company the size of Lee should provide free returns in my opinion. I would have used UBS but the nearest drop off point to where I live is 23 miles away.

The best jeans ever for a curvy figure. Small waist and larger hips! Fit like a glove . Very flattering.
