I am not sure how that compares to "Third Party Lab Tested" which is what I prefer and only recommend and I also do not know where the testing was done. That is important to me with supplements. It's impossible to tell how much of each is in there.I have access to a lot of scholarly articles, and ashwagandha appears to have been dosed at 120-1200mg daily, while berberine has been studied at 500mg in a study I read. That is to say, when 5 ingredients are listed at a total weight of 200mg for the 1 recommended daily does, it's almost impossible that you will be getting enough of any of them to reach the clinically tested levels.
