My experience with a probiotic, which I purchased on the recommendation of my doctor from Amazon, was surprisingly positive. With a family history of gut issues, I had tried various solutions, often without success. However, this time, within just five days, I noticed a significant improvement in my digestion. Please do not forget that each and every one of you is different. You will just need to try it and see how you tolerate it. For myself personally, I need only one every 3-4 days. I got this because I take a lot of collagen and skin care products and this looks just perfect to complement them with. The copyright ingredient Dermaval in this consist of ingredients that are phytonutrients known for possibly helping to protect the skin. I take separately most of these ingredients but it's great to have more in a blend like this. The copyright ingredient Spectra also in this, at first to me looked like nothing more than a fruit and vegetable supplement with some herbs added. And in a way that it is what it is but somehow they tweaked it to be highly active according to the study done on it. Now the study was done for them and it was only 22 participants but it was double blinded placebo. I was very impressed with the results especially with the amount of the oxygen increase in the cells that was observed. The study results (although small and not independent/3rd party) do support the claims being made by this Spectra ingredient for increased metabolic function IMO. The 12 probiotics that were selected for this blend are mostly known for gut protection and immune building properties. My favorite one was Lactococcus Lactis which is also know for possibly aiding in weight loss and skin protection. And lastly the elastin in this is IMO the big new skin ingredient coming soon if not already for it's claim to fame. Now granted it's been around forever but it's just now getting credit for doing it's deal with elasticity which in the skin translates possibly/hopefully to tighter skin that does not sag. Bounce back into shape is a way to describe it. I think many of us myself included assumed that collagen would take care of that (elasticity) but sadly it does not. So I expect to see more use of elastin specifically with desmosine and isodesmosine ( the amino acids within elastin).So this helping is going to greatly depend on the fact you are getting enough of your vital minerals and nutrients already. Consider collagen which the recommended daily dosage is 12,000 mgs or 12 grams. Simply said this 'alone' will not make much difference with skin IMO ! Now for better health I think it could/should definitely help. Just the probiotics alone. And considering this year my goal is to increase my blood red blood cell count I am very excited about the oxygen uptake noted in the spectra study. This supplement may/could result with increased energy or some other noticeable good health aspect but IMO it will mostly be seen by lab test results. With skin I think it would help your existing regimen work better and faster possibly. With the probiotics in this, I like to do a round of those a couple times of a year. So I think this supplement would be great 2 or three times each year to give your body and your skin and nails a boost. Love with the copyrighted ingredients there is no worry with fakes and they are third party lab tested. Also notice they put forth the effort to design a bottle to protect the ingredients. That to me indicates you have a brand with some good quality potential. Also a great price IMO for such a wonderful blend. These were easy to take and I had no sides. Pills work pretty good make sure you drink plenty of water.

These pills aren't for me. I have had some stomach issues using them. Bloating and just generally feeling unwell. It's possible that the pills aren't to blame, as it could be coincidental, but I'm fairly sure they are.On the other side, that does mean that the pills are potent and are affecting my gut somewhat. Your mileage may vary.
