This product does increase energy and makes body aches to relieve faster.It actually tastes very good and it does not dissolve well in other juices at first, so if you plan to drinkit right away you will have to use a mixer. It does eventually dissolve thoroughly.This product will stain plastic - so beware. I use glass in my house anyway, but if you mix for your teenagers and young athletes, it will stain. So add it to cooked fruit complexes and compote (hot syrup, etc).

Mixed it with my protein drink- yummy!

I highly recommend this product. The ingredients are basicly beet products, no sugar. I have tried another beet product and found it had some type of sugar product added to the ingredients. The product gives me energy and is one of the first drinks I take in the morning. The price is reasonable and offordable.

Interested in the Black Cherry Flavor which the image showed but received Original Flavor which I'n not a fan of. Disappointed!

Give me extra energy. I almost felt like going to the gym, but then the feeling left! LOL!

Product taste was fine. But, I ha a horrific allergic reaction, pronably to the beet root portion of the product. My doctor had seen similar reaction the week before I broke out with h8ves and huge cysts on my neck up to my cheeks. That was 18 days ago, and I am still in a lot of horrible pain which requires pain management, steroids, and various creams prescribed by my doctor. Recommend a small trial of the mix for a couple of days before drinking full 8oz glasses. Wish I had. Never knew I was allergic to raw beets or beet root. Processed ones never resulted in any type of allergic reaction. Proceed with caution.
