I've been using the patches for a little over 3 weeks now. I've been supplementing with a vape pen as well. No hair areas are best (it WILL hurt over hair), but I can't keep them on the inside of my upper arms to save my life. They just won't stick for long. Second best spot for me under my elbow on the inside of my forearm. Best spot so far has been across my ribs and belly under my breasts. I feel like I have less cravings when it's in that area as well. Slightly more cravings when it's on my arms. They stuck much, much better there as well. I've had a few instances of it getting red and taking a couple days to go away, but it's not the norm. Doesn't get itchy either. Obviously you have to rotate the area it's in every day, but these last up to 24 hours. I'm still on step one, but I went from a pack a day to no more than 4 a day. You really shouldn't smoke with them on, but I've been taking a few drags here and there then putting it out after certain triggers like getting in the car or eating. Slowly breaking those habits. I really thought I was going to be a stressed, angry mess of a human while trying this, but it really hasn't been so bad. I'm way more stressed when just trying to cut back or stop completely. I think it's stuck in my head that I'm afraid to be in a situation where I just NEED a cigarette; horrible customer at work, argument with a loved one, just some kind of bad situation, and I'm always dreading something bad happening, so I'm afraid to be without an emergency cigarette. I've been smoking for almost 20 years now, and I thought it was going to be really hard, because just using a vape pen to cut back wasn't cutting it, and gum wasn't helping either. I was worried about spending money on something that I wasn't sure was going to help. But from day two of being on the patch, I haven't felt the need to go out and grab a smoke every half hour like I used to. It's absolutely no help when I'm at the bar, but that's a me/social/alcohol problem that I'm fully aware of and I don't hold it against the product. You're WAY more likely to want to smoke when you're out and drinking. It's just something I need to overcome. I've actually had days here and there where I forgot to put a patch on for the entire day. May not be good to skip days like that, but I definitely didn't feel cravings with a vengeance that day or the next day or anything. I really didn't think this was going to help me, but I'm quite pleasantly surprised by the results so far. Hopefully I can keep this up. Wish me luck! These patches don't stay in place very long.Not enough glue to stick on your arm. Comes off in a couple of hours.This is a 3 step program with 3 different mgs (7, 14, 21 mgs) to help you to stop smoking.Not a useful product. Pass on this , the patches won't stay on long enough to help you to stop smoking.

I ordered this because it has a complete 3 step program with step down levels over an 8 week span, which seems doable to me. I have only recently started, as I needed to get past a few stressors first to feel I could succeed with this, so I am still in the first stage. I do feel they are helping, though. The patches stick well, and I haven't had any negative reactions. I will try to update after I finish the system.

These stop smoking patches don’t stick to my skin. I made sure the area was nice and clean. I tried it on my upper arm and also on my chest and the patches do not stick at all. Can’t work if they don’t stick. Don’t recommend.

These patches seem to be fairly powerful. Unfortunately we got a reaction form them and stopped. My lady IS fairly sensitive to things so I was really torn about trying these but better a reaction than cancer, so WAY worth the risk of trying. I HAD TO give it three stars for actually getting the reaction, meaning they are NOT PLACEBOS. Three because we can't finish to find out how successful they might have been upon completion of the regiment. We may actually try again with a doctor's modification to using them. DO FOLLOW the directions to the letter, and GREAT LUCK AND HOPES FOR SUCCESS TO YOU. But for THAT little money, you definitely have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

I just received my 3 step stop smoking patch set. I was interested in this because it does include all 3 steps in one. I have recently started my stop smoking journey and I felt having all steps with me helped me stand a better chance of not running out and having days with no patches. They are similar to the other popular name brand patches and for me they did stick well. . What drew me to these is that the ingredients are 100% plant based. While I know nicotine itself is plant based, I liked seeing no other unnatural additives in these patches. This box of 56 is an 8 week supply for even a heavy smoker. No brand will work well unless you are really ready but I do feel that if you are ready to take the next step, these patches are more cost effective than some other brands out there and provides the same level of replacement. They also stuck well all day.

I have had a hard time noticing any effect of these patches for reducing cravings. The effect is supposed to be subtle, so it could be helping without me being able to notice though. This pack has 3 strength levels, 21, 14, and 7 mg which helps you wean off of nicotine slowly and effectively. The adhesive works well and the patches stay on my skin all day long, even making it through a shower since they are waterproof. Overall I think these patches are a good price and can be helpful when quitting nicotine.
