Great Laptop. Easy to use. Long battery life. Crisp display.

Honestly speaking this I did not enjoy this laptop at all. It has been giving me problem since I bought it. Remember that I purchased 16gb of it initially and the screen kept shaking and very bad. I returned immediately and purchased 25gb. I suspect the mother board is not good. Summarily, this product is not a good product at all. I am not happy that I have not been getting a good response / action from Amazon despite my prompt report

I was wary of buying unbranded but tempted by the price for the spec compared to branded. So far I’ve had no problems, it runs my design software fast and efficiently which is the reason I bought it as my old laptop was struggling. I have knocked off a star only because I thought I was getting ms office software with the purchase, but it’s just a free trial of office 365, so I purchased Office separately as I did not want another monthly subscription to pay out. So I am very pleased with the performance, but disappointed that I had to buy Office on top of the purchase price. I don’t use it for gaming but have given 4 stars as a guesstimate based on its general performance as they make you give it a rating, though I think the screen would be too small for serious gamers.

I use this for my degree and it keeps uo with me, even with lots of tabs and websites open. Very happy.

Item is as displayed and is lovely but the battery doesn’t last as long as I should

I love how fast this is. Easy to set up. My wife brought a laptop from a shop around the same time: much lower spec and £50 more.

I have had little use and already have issues. Battery will not recharge and when plugged in keep getting message of trying charge

My kids have started doing more and more homework and as such they're required to do a lot of research as well as some presentations etc, so a laptop was a necessity for them to avoid them having to take my work one for themselves.This laptop is great for all of the word processing, works well with the complete office setup on it and even manages with all of the streaming or both video calls and of course the online videos they have to watch all the time.It's got a pretty decent battery to as they need to work in a spot without a plug so they don't have to come back and forth charging it all the time as the battery just lasts.Overall it's a great all rounder laptop.
