I LOVE THIS! It really works well on anything but becomes exceptional on fish. I highly recommend this product but be careful when you grind, the holes are very large and a lot comes out at one time. I see Select Flavors isn't making it anymore but I wish they were because if it was possible I would buy 3 immediately!

This is my second ‘Black Garlic Bliss’ When grinding, it dispenses too much at once, even when only giving a careful small twist. My first one did not do this - it was perfect.Disappointing, albeit SO delicious!! I add it to various meals.

After the patties were formed, I seasoned both sides generously then cooked on a skillet. Honestly, one of the best burgers I've ever had. The savory flavor the black garlic adds, paired with the other ingredients of this spice mix, is incredible!

Love this spice when putting olive oil on green beans and broiling in the oven. It gives them more flavor versus salt and pepper.

This is great on steaks and other beef. It adds just the right flavor if you sprinkle on both sides of a steak or a little heavier on thicker meats. It was a recommendation from a friend who loved it also. What a great recommendation!

This has a very nice garlic taste, not overwhelming as regular garlic is. I use it on most roasted vegetable dishes that I make along with their onion spice which is also excellent!

Love this product. It is a nice garlic flavor salt. I use in place of salt on just about everything. I brought it because I heard that black garlic helps to lower your cholesterol.
