Tulip Permanent Fabric Dye (Hot Black)

Very vibrant colour, I use it for dying natural fibre yarns for knitting. You can dilute the dye to create paler shades.

Fantastic colour

I recently purchased this in order to dye a royal blue cardigan black and to dye some bleach stains out of a black cardigan I had. Both where made from cotton. I followed the instructions to a T but once they had dried the bleach stains remained and the royal blue cardigan was patchy. I tried something different with each of the three packets leaving them to soak longer each time but it didn't work in the end.

Nice colours

This product did not dye the silk fabric I had, not sure if it was my fault for buying the wrong type of dye, or my material being silk and something else? Colour was as stated, so it may come in handy for something else!

Ordered two and only one arrived and didn't do a great job on my black shorts.

Very orange very effective not difficult. All my underwear look like I just escaped from prison now but that's my fault for the color choice. Maybe a little lighter than I expected it to be but who knows maybe if I'd left them in longer that wouldn't be the case

Used this to dye my grey Converse Allstars which had faded very badly. Worked extremely well. Color is nice and very saturated. I am very happy with the results!

Perfectly—my jeans turned out like new.

I bought an expensive t shirt that faded in places the first time I washed it (by hand mind you). I got a refund but since they let me keep the shirt. I bought this dye and dyed the entire shirt in my sink. It’s a slightly different color, but the color is even now and hasn’t faded at all.

It’s a good dark blue
