Ordered the arbor cover to go with my TS55. Came the next day and fit perfect with no extra force necessary. This addition significantly improved the dust collection when paired with the vacuum. Looks great, works as it should.

Great addition to Festool TS55
For years now I’ve covered the blade opening on my Festool TS55 with a piece of Scotch Exterior Surface Painter’s Tape. The track saw is great at minimizing dust but a small piece of tape over the blade but access port helps improve the dust collection. I decided to spoil myself and get this ToolCurve Arbor Cover. Fit and finish is great and looks like an OEM accessory. A fantastic upgrade that doesn’t look home made.

Great little cover for the saw!
Not sure why Festool hasn't figured out something to fix the gaping hole on the side of their saws, but they sure have! It works great, flexes well without breaking for when you need to remove it for blade changes. Only thing is it seems pricey for what is a 3d printed part, but throw in free shipping and it's right on par with what else is out there.
