Very rich use milk instead of water I think is better
I really like these, they were very gooey and very rich. It isn't too sweet and it was easy to bake and prepare. They don't rise very high in the oven so I was able to use my 4 taller pots when baking them and filled them over half on each - no spillage. Really tasty, I tried it with water the first time - too rich for my taste needed something to help with that and used milk for the second box and I think that was better. I think the best way of eating it is with some ice cream, so you have a rest in-between the bites of the rich gooey pudding. Overall I recommend but get some ice cream when you bake it

Nice and Lovely
I am a vegan so this sings praises to my family and me. The fact that there are 2 packs means I could get them ready for some extras as well. The taste was really nice, not too sweet like most other vegan cakes I've had in the past.

Awful
I buy numerous amounts of keto cake mixes and this brand of Stevia pure leaf is 2nd to none, that’s why I bought this . It’s so bad disgusting tastecannot be described as a brownie. There are so many other good options I’m afraid I’m very disappointed because the Stevia of this is so good.

lovely cakes
Im not much of a baker, and its been years since i attempted anything, so i thought i would try this cake mix to see how it would work out.As someone inexperienced I followed the instructions to the letter. I started to pre-heat the oven and grease my ramekins and got on with making the mix. It was easy enough whisking up 4 eggs, and melting the butter ( i went for the all butter recipe) and chocolate. I didn't have a spatula as the per the instructions but used a large spoon and upon adding the mix this worked just as good.Once the mix was smooth it was an easy transfer into the ramekins and into the oven. I timed it exactly for 8 minutes and took them out. My attached photo are the cakes at this stage.Once they rested for 10 minutes I served them with vanilla ice cream. They tasted really good, and i was impressedThe only downside is the cost, it works out way more expensive by the time you pay for the additional ingredients than just buying ready made.

Yummy brownies!
I have never made brownies from a packet mix, and my own recipe has evolved over the years, but I was curious to try this mix because it is low sugar. The ingredients, nutritional info and instructions are shown in the pictures.Obviously - purely in the interests of research, you understand 😋 - I needed to bake a batch and try them.I opted for the richer version with more butter rather than water because it's closer to my own recipe, and followed the recipe. The mix was a little dry when completed, so I added a splash of milk to loosen it up; and I also added about a cup of walnut pieces. I didn't have baking paper, so I greased and floured my brownie pan instead. The brownies baked well, and I left them in the pan to cool (makes them a bit more fudgy). The results? Some delicious brownies! I was expecting them to be too sweet, but they were not at all. In fact the only problem with them is going to be the willpower required not to eat too many, as erythritol can have a laxative effect. Next time I make them I think I might add a little vanilla essence because I missed the vanilla flavour, but all in all these were better than I'd expected. They would be easy for even very small children to make, too, if you have any budding bakers! Recommended.Edited next day: when fully cooled these brownies are very fudgy, not cakey, like brownies should be. Would be lovely hot with ice cream as a dessert!!

You need to add 4 eggs & butter - reasonable results.
Pure Via Deliciously Gooey Melt in the Middle Pudding Mix (pack of 2)You get two separate boxes, each with full recipe, ingredient information etc. Each pack makes 6 puddings. The pack contains chocolate pieces and the dry ingredient mix, you do need to add 4 eggs, 60g of butter & water. I think the listing information should have included this information.Key difference is the mix uses a sugar substitute - so each 93g pudding will contain roughly 285kcal and 10g of sugar.Melt in the middle pudding require a fair amount of experimentation with ramekin size, cooking time & luck to get right. This kit makes it slightly easier but one set was better than the others and its easy to overcook and loose the gooey middle.Best before is printed on the top of the box - mine were 14 months away.Overall - I think the fact that the listing doesn't highlight the required ingredients you need to buy is the main issue - 3 stars.

Most of the taste but without all the sugar!
I'm not usually one to go for reduced sugar snacks because they never hit quite the same as the real thing, but thankfully these actually manage better than expected! They don't taste as good as full sugar brownies and I don't think there's any way to ignore that, but they really do still taste fantastic though and are probably 80% of the way to the real thing imo! Not as sweet but still quite chocolately, which is the important part. When I made them, they turned out quite cakey instead of chewy, but that's likely just down to my inexperience with baking though so that might have nothing to do with the mix itself. I ended up tossing in chopped up chunks of milkybar in the second batch and they turned out fantastic! Obviously that's going to cancel out some of the benefits of being reduced sugar but it's absolutely worth it imo!
