I am a tea drinker. This tea leaf is very very mild. I don't add anything like milk or honey so I am talking about the tea au natural . It has almost no flavor and is very light in color almost like drinking water with an added benefit. . But it is soothing and seems to work just fine. It is mullein which is good for the lungs. I seldom cough anymore. You get 100 bags for around 20.00 which is a very good price for tea.

Over the years I have try all kind of natural ways to help him, after years on medication he wanted to try something different that will not increase his symptoms. We started with this tea and right from the first day I saw a the change, more of a natural behavior, talking and thinking positive.We now added the pills version of this root, and during the day at work he sips on this tea.I recommend it for anyone who is looking for feeling less overwhelmed or anxious.Cons? Some of the bags can be broken and make a mess.Still for the health benefits is still worth it and until I find a more reliable bag, I will be buying this brand.
