CRAFTSMAN V20 Grease Gun, Cordless, 40" Hose, 10,000 Max PSI, Bare Tool Only (CMCGG001B)

I was tired of manual grease guns failing. I would get a season or two out of one before it would break. Price and brand didn’t seem to matter. I already have the V20 battery system so I was eager to try the grease gun. Loading the grease was easy and so was purging the air from the system. Purging the trapped air is always a problem on manual guns. Once loaded and primed, the gun worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend to the shade tree mechanic or hobbyist.

Working under my vehicles in my garage can get a little awkward. I don't have a lift or anything so using a regular grease gun can get tricky. I was wanting a electric grease gun for a long time and finally pulled the trigger on this Craftsman. I am really happy with it, does a great job and it doesn't leak like a normal gun does. Greasing hard to reach areas is where this tool shines.

Was a gift for my son for his birthday

I bought a mini excavator and needed to lub it up. My hand pump was not going to get it!This worked great and makes short work out of large tasks.4 stars because the tool doesn't come with a bag and grease guns get......greasy. They need a bag like the one at Lowes.

This grease gun is fast and powerful. So much cleaner than my manual hand pump style guns which always seem to ooze grease from multiple spots. This alone will be less waste with all the grease going in the fitting instead of all over the gun itself. Yes I have tightened the fittings but they always seem to loosen up and leak especially with a stubborn fitting giving resistance. I wouldn't hesitate in buying this grease gun, and conveniently uses the same batteries as my other Craftsman 20v tools. I have used it for the last several months on the riding mower and pickup truck without a single hiccup.

If you have Craftsman 20v batteries this is a no brainer. I serviced 3 machines and it worked flawlessly.

I haven't had a chance to use the grease gun yet and I might update the review once I do. Thankfully I had another battery that fits the tool because the one that came with it (that I paid extra for) doesn't have a charge and won't charge at all. I tried reaching out to the seller but they are unresponsive and Amazon can't exchange just the battery. It's disappointing that I paid extra for an additional battery that I can't even use.

I didn't expect this to have much pressure but it sure beats using an old grease gun. I can't believe I never got one of these years ago. I recommend this to any other old timer like me who isn't as strong as they used to be; you will not regret getting one!
