I have an open plan house so cooking smells drift everywhere. I have put this in my hall and it is powerful enough to drift through all the rooms. Lovely perfume. Not too overpowering.

I have to say this was rather expensive, but I had tried other plug ins before that plain just stank. This one does smell as described and it is very nice. It looks better than other plug ins too. It certainly does seem to eliminate odours.The only reason I dropped a star really is because although it does smell as described and lovely, it is a tad too strong despite being on the lowest setting. I have it in a relatively large area. I would not use this in a small area as it would be over powering. Then, to be fair, I do have a very acute sense of smell, so generally prefer something more subtle.
