This spring loaded pull pin allows you to retract and engage the plunger for locating, fastening and quick change operations. It consists of a housing (barrel) and a plunger assembly. The plunger assembly screws into the housing. The housing is designed to be welded into place for strength. Pulling on the handle retracts the plunger fully into the pin housing. Releasing the handle allows the plunger to extend. The lockout feature allows you to pull and rotate the handle 1/4 turn to hole the plunger in the retracted position. The zinc plated steel plunger assembly is made from 12L15 steel. The aluminum housing is made from 6061-T6. Pull up force is approximately 5 lbs. The handle is made from black plastic.
