Thank goodness for this product, I’m going through the menopause and have terrible hot flushes. I don’t take any other medication for the change - these seemed to do the trick within a couple of days, I was amazed. Can’t believe one of these a day has changed my whole ability to function normally!

Beautifully packaged. Pills are higher strength than the others I bought from a high street chemist and loads cheaper AND loads more in the pack. They do the trick for me. I do take other supplements for my night sweats too so I cant say that these alone have helped, but my night sweats are very much reduced and hot flushes in the daytime have diminished. Great product!

Great for Menopausal hot sweats. Take one in the morning and one at night. My hot spells stopped in around a week. Would highly recommend 😊

Works really well for hot flushes I just take one a day and noticed I don’t get as many and the ones I do get are not as severe and don’t last as long doesn’t stop it altogether but help a lot well worth taking for the relief you get from it

Amazing product. Really love this.Have been suffering with hot flushes and not sleeping well but have found after taking this for about a fortnight it’s helping.Flushes are not so prolonged and sleeping much better.
