Like others have mentioned this cat litter mat arrives folded. I’ve had it in front of a litter box for a couple of weeks now and the crease in the middle is still there. It is noticeable to me but the cats seem to be okay with it. It does do as it advertises and keeps most litter from ending up on your floor. Very easy to shake out and either reuse the litter or toss the litter in the trash. It is very lightweight but I have an edge tucked under the litter box to keep it from being moved across the floor. This seems to be working for us.Besides the crease I had the problem when one of my cats had an accident on the mat. If fresh this probably would just require a quick hose off or run under the tub faucet. I let this stuff dry to see how difficult it would be to clean. As expected the honeycomb is difficult to get into and will require a scrub brush to get into the nooks and crannies. You’ll also need to clean it from the inside. My scrub brush will not fit and a damp paper towel still misses some of the stuff in the corner where the two pieces meet. In other words - I would highly recommend cleaning it while an accident is still fresh.

This is a must have for cat owners. This was a perfect solution to my cats bringing some of the litter from their box to the rest of my home. Really picks up, or collects, pieces of litter that sticks to my cats paws. Also great for collecting litter that gets accidentally scattered around in the litter box from when they do their business. Great for easy clean up.

This cat litter mat does a good job of trapping the litter that my cat carries out of the box. It gets stuck in the little holes and falls through to the inner section. The surface is comfortable in spite of having little nubs all over. The mat is lightweight and easy to pick up in order to dump the fallen litter out. It can be a bit of a challenge to clean though if any liquid gets onto the mat, since the little holes make it difficult to scrub. This works well with a covered litter box where the cat has only one place to exit the box, but for an uncovered box it may not cover enough area.

I have a couple of these mats, that I have had for over a year, and I needed another for a new box placement. The mat is sturdy and well made, but is lightweight and easy to pick up. I just dump out the litter that falls in the pocket. I like the fact that I am not dragging litter on my shoes after I step on the mat

As other VINE reviewers have mentioned, this item is small and arrived bent. After straightening it somewhat by bending it the other way and putting weight on it for a day, I placed it length-wise at the door to my CatIt large covered litterbox. But, I have other cat mats around it to catch escaped litter.The good: it does catch litter better than other mats I have because it deposits it onto the second layer, which makes it easy to dump it back into the box. However, if you don't already have other mats to place around it, you likely will need two.FYI, I found other no-name Chinese competitors offering the same thing obviously made in the same factory for less via the "Compare with similar items" section on the product page.My rating system:5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park. I have been using litter mats for years now because it really helps contain the litter. The main problem I have with these mats and that's for all brands is cleaning. I have attempted to clean these types of mats before and it's a lot of work for subpar results. So now I vacuum them regularly and change the mat out yearly.All of these come folded which is annoying since it's bent but over time it will flatten out and it won't be an issue.These types of mats are a must-have but I also think the pricing is a little high for this item.

This is a nice mat, it traps the litter perfectly. I have it laid about an inch under the (covered) litter box so a lot of it sticks out of the front. It traps all of the litter, I haven't had to vacuum/sweep in front of it, which is really nice. There is a bit of a learning curve for emptying it, you have to kind of make it into a kind of taco shape and pour into the trash.

this actually does work fairly well, and it does trap the litter. to empty it out, you have to find a fold it a bit and then dump it into the trashHowever, I do find it a bit on the smaller side, and I wish it was a bit larger for the price point. That being said, the description clearly states how big it is, so I’m not going to take stars away from that. I did take a star off because it came to fold it up and it was all bent up and I had to put weights on it for several days, to flatten it all up and remove the crease.
