which I was glad to see
I received this 3D pen set in a timely manner, neatly packaged. Set included everything that was promised. It also has plastic finger covers to help prevent burns, which I was glad to see. I was impressed by the amount of plastic fillament in bright colors. You need to follow instructions to understand how to use it, but after the first couple tries it becomes as easy as drawing with a marker. I recommend this product for kids older than 8y.o.

Product stopped heating after first use. Purchased for my sons birthday, he was so disappointed!

faulty product
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. i am not satisfied at all from this product, i thougth it will be good because i payed expencive and i didnt take something chip, but i was mistake it not makesence after one time i used this(when i filled that with the green fillment) is not work anymore, i wish you can explain me how can i fix that or send me new or give me my money back.

I had no luck with this 3D pen
The kids were asking what I bought the pen .I bought and sent to Russia they have been waiting for a gift and when they received the pen, it was defective ,I bought cheap goods thought times more expensive so it's alright to work
