"MOM THIS IS WHAT I WANTED!!!!!" Said my step-son on Christmas morning. I wanted to wait a few months to give this guy an honest review on it. I get super suspect about these types of products due to the popularity on TikTok and all the rest of the media platforms.I ordered this for super cheap close to Christmas 2023. My stepson, he is a big time gamer, he gets all the gadgets from his parents. I chose to get this doggo projection light because well, he already has a great set up in his room for his video games, he wanted a Neon Gaming light, I chose against that because, well, it'll be something I think he wouldn't really care for much after the novelty wears off.This dog projector though. He did a happy dance in my living room about it. He immediately set it up in there, killed the lights and it did everything that it was hyped up to do. The room was bright, colorful, vibrant. It was great to see. The remote works perfectly, the sound quality is really good also, I mean its not JBL or Beats, however, it does the job well. Easy to set up, very user friendly for even the younger of kiddos.I sent it home with him to his mommas house. It's now March, I just checked in with him over the weekend about it. It's still doing its thing. He's been happy with it, said that all his friends like it WAY better than just the 'Normal Astronaut' because its a dog. So over all success, I'd buy 2 of these especially with the price I got it at. I wouldn't mind having one for myself ;)

We got this for my mother-in-love, who lives with us. She has vision issues due to macular degeneration. While she can't see well to watch TV or read, she loves listening to media on her Echo. This projector light tickles her! She loved it so much, she had us buy another one for her to send to a friend out of state. He loves it, too, and it's fun how they both turn on their space dogs in the evening and enjoy the shows while talking on the phone.There many functions available to customize colors, brightness and patterns, but they require use of the app. Mom's 83 and while she uses Facebook, texts, and watches TV via Roku, all of that app stuff is way too complicated for her. Fortunately, this has a remote that works well. You can't access all the bells and whistles with this remote, but you can change colors and modes, listen to sounds, and turn some features off and on.One way to put it is, the projector is as smart as you need it to be. It's nice because she can enjoy it and if we want to borrow it for our room, we can play around with the app and create fun combinations. I included a few screenshots from the app. It wasn't connected, so some options are greyed out. We love the Ocean Wave and Aurora scenes.The pairing process was simple with my Android phone and we were off to the stars in short order. :) We do wish the stars could be something other than green -- those detract and make us think of Christmas decorations. Overall, it's cute and makes a nice light show. It's also durable, as I found out when I dropped it onto hardwood floors. Not a scratch, nothing broke. Whew!

I've purchased 2 of these types of lights. This has the least wow of all. Probably ok for kids room. It's cute, but fails to deliver for me.

Great value! Really creates a fun space and can double as a Bluetooth speaker. Has nice white noises for sleeping. My son loves it.
