I was very excited to get this humidifier for my plants. I like the warm mist option and the stream coming out in two different directions. At first, I loved how silent and easy it was to put into sleep mode so the light didn't shine out at night.After a month and a half, the humidifier went from silent to humming to making a horrible buzzing noise. This is with weekly maintenance and cleaning per the manual.I was past the return window and so I ordered a model I've got running in my living room, as I needed to keep my plants happy! Then this company reached out to me offering to replace or refund me for the defective unit. I'd have taken the replacement in a heartbeat if I hadn't already bought another. So I took the refund.I wish I'd reached out to them or heard from them sooner as this is a great humidifier when it's working properly. It's attractive, easy to use and keep clean, and it reliably put a gallon of mist into the air every twelve hours. The top fill option is fabulous and I love that there's a handle to lift and carry the water tank. I don't use the essential oil function so I can't comment on that. I had the white one but I think the black one would've blended in a bit better. That's personal preference, of course!Given the awesome customer service (for which I give it five stars), I'd absolutely recommend this humidifier! At this price point, it's hard to find anything with comparable features or looks. Just be sure to contact the seller if you run into any problems 😁

This is an absolute beastThere are 3 different mist settings this helped me get over a cold so fast this thing is SPECTACULAR!!Now we leave it on all the time it tells us the humidity and temp in the room and I can choose what I want the humidity to regulate to! This thing is absolutely amazing for the price!I have a giant humidifier that was double the cost of this and that thing is completely trash compared to this one! This one is amazing perfect for every day use and for being sick! This will have you covered.Just BUY IT! Thank me later lol!Only issue I experienced with this is when I first received it I was absolutely clueless how to get the LID off to fill it LMAO 😂 mind you I’m 29 and I struggled and trust me I’m tech savvy!I love that this is a top fill so water doesn’t fall everywhere when filling it. We love it!

When it worked, it was great, very quiet and easy to use. However, it lasted only one winter, about a month. This year, it worked for a few nights before leaking. Despite cleaning and inspecting for damage, the motor died after drying it out. Likely, the leak caused the failure. Fortunately, we caught the leak early enough before it damaged our floors, we would run it through the night. I would not recommend this product.

I did some research and liked this one because it has 3 mist level settings, had multiple run time settings (I liked that I could run it all night if I want), and most importantly has a warm mist setting as well. The only problem is that the heat setting doesn’t really make the steam warm, it’s just not cool mist like when not set. I am not sure if that’s just how warm the mist gets or mine is defective. I still have to look into that. I also like how you can add some drops of natural oils for some aromatherapy as well. It also tells you the humidity % in your room and a slew button to turn the control panel light off at night, which is nice if you need it really dark when you sleep like me.

It worked great for a year! Hate to let it go because I liked this humidifier a lot, but I need to replace it now that it started spitting water from the little air filter thing in the back. The bottom tub also started to overflow a couple weeks ago…

This humidifier is very quiet.....i actually don't hear a thing!!! I love the sleep mode which darkens the display screen at night, yet the humidifier continues to work. It's just the right size too, for virtually any room in the house. It has adjustable steam levels, warm or cool mist. Highly recommend!!!!!!

This product works well, it has significantly helped with days were my room feels way too dry, eliminating, sore throats, and nose bleeds from dry noses. BUT it leaks and sometimes it’s leaks BAD. It started leaking within the first couple of uses. It doesn’t always leak so I use it during emergencies but I would look elsewhere just base off that.What I do like is how much water it’s designed to hold. If filled all the way and left running without turning it off, it’d probably last a day and a half to 2 days and I usually leave it on the highest steam setting. It does have an auto shut off button if that’s better suitable for you. Not hard to clean, no odd smell.I have a queen size bedroom and it helped throughout the room for two people.
