I am so disappointed! I have an olderVersion of this same top coat. Prob bought I ten years ago and just loves it. Dries fast. Hard when it dries. Great shine. But this new bottle is awful. I painted my nails TEN hours ago and I just smudged my nails by putting on my shoes. Like seriously smudged with sock imprints on all of my nails. This happened last weekend too and I’d hoped it was the color polish. But nope. Such a huge disappointment.
