RisingTuning - URAS DMAX Universal hood vent Bonnet Scoop

Hood vent looks great and is as functional as you’d expect a hood vent to be. Comes with 2 of the 4 channels cut, but the other 2 are opened easily if you need more airflow. This vehicle has a V-mount setup so the air is ducted from the bumper opening right through to the hood vent and helped a great deal vs. other hood vents we tried. If you want a center opening and want it to look good, get it.Lead time was around 3 months if I remember correctly (bought back in 2019) and it’s riveted to the hood with no issues.

What it says, good mold and plasticNot all vents are cut out and the ones that are small... I just used a dremel and started to cut them out but I'm happy would have gave it 5 but vents cut outs are small and vent covers came right off and if engine heat was on them they would have fallen off but I removed them anyways ... I'm happy long wait for it but overall happy(some photos are what I'm cutting out)

Packaged well, was supposed to arrive on April 5, but got to me March 21. Nice bare abs plastic, is a functional part, 2 vents are precut, that works well for my project since that limits how much water gets in there.

Made from ABS which is very nice and easy to work with, however the details of this hood vent are lacking. Only two of the vents were open, the others will need to be done by you.

It took about 5 months for me to get this(mostly because of covid and package handlers losing it) but overall it looks really good and i cant wait to put it on my mx5.

Scoop is not white like in picture , vent cutouts are small , not all vents are open. Lots of false advertising. Was told by seller that the picture is white and shows hood vents open for picture purpose although it’s not really the case , seller has attitude and told me I’d have to pay return shipping. Also quite flimsy. Reluctant to cut my hood and mount this.
