So far, so good. It works well. I currently have mine set to 3 fingerprints. It took us a while to figure out the correct way to hold our tongue when using the fingerprint. But after practice we all figured it out. (Ages 44,24,and 7) I've never installed a doorknob before but it took me maybe 30 mins total to remove the old and install the new. The app is ok? It makes alot of noise when connected to the doorknob but thats only really when you open the app. I don't need it to necessary, but the app does NOT alert me to failed attempts until I open the app.

I have purchased many bio products over the years and this is quite a nice bio door Knob. The mounting of the door knob is surprisingly strong especially for the price. It's solid and doesn't loosen after it is used a lot. Simple to program the features as well as the fingerprints. The battery holder is secured by a screw and easily accessed. Then comes the app that is simple to use and feature rich, for example the tracking of the opening by fingerprint user or access code. Definitely will buy this door nob when I need another door knob.

The Hutehoute Fingerprint Door Knob is a classic example of overpromising and underdelivering. While the idea of a biometric lock is excellent, especially for home security, this product falls short in execution. The fingerprint sensor is incredibly finicky, often requiring multiple attempts to recognize a registered fingerprint. This can be a huge inconvenience, especially when you’re in a hurry. Additionally, the build quality feels subpar with a flimsy construction that doesn’t inspire confidence in its durability or security. Installation is not straightforward either, requiring more tools and expertise than suggested. For a product that is supposed to enhance security and convenience, the Hutehoute Fingerprint Door Knob does the opposite.

The media could not be loaded. The same lock have six different companies and six different styles. One of the best lock and the cheapest I have tried so far love the system. Everything works properly.

I went to grab the instructions and had just put the keys in my bedroom so that I could keep them with my other ones and I had trouble getting the circut board connected. I did not want to "force" it and the parts were very tiny, so it was not easy. So I left the back of the door handle on my bed, grabbed the handle on the way out (habit) and the door closed. Seeing as I had no electronic capability nor the keys, I was forced to call a locksmith. Instructions do not state that even though the handle on the back clearly will retract the latch mechanism, you have to also test the front lever to see if it will do the same before pulling the door shut. $100 later and a ding in my door was not what I had in mind when I was trying to catch a plane. Insructions should have visible warning for this mishap. I have installed many doorknobs in the past but not a "smart" one.

! I have a younger sister who was constantly going in my room when I was not home taking my clothes and using my makeup. This doorknob keeps her out and only allows me to enter. It was very easy to install and easy to use. I think that it is worth the price.

Easy to install but software app was not the best. Software app would not work at all.
