Turk Labs Rauwolscine has been a game changer for my mornings. Curbing my appetite has helped me stick to my calorie goals, and I definitely feel a noticeable increase in energy throughout the day. It's a great pick-me-up before hitting the gym, allowing me to push harder during workouts. Since everyone reacts differently, it's wise to start with a lower dose to see how you feel, however.

These Turk Labs Rauwolscine (Alpha Yohimbine) capsules are very small and easy to swallow, compared to the regular Yohimbine capsules that I’m accustomed to. One small capsule contains 3mg. of Rauwolscine, also known as Alpha Yohimbine. The capsules are odorless, tasteless, and they haven’t upset my stomach.Although I’ve taken the regular form of Yohimbine for many years, this Alpha Yohimbine, or Rauwolscine, is fairly new to me. I’ve been taking one capsule daily with my breakfast, and I can’t say that I’ve noticed any fat loss, or change in my appetite, but I have felt a bit more energetic. I’m going to give this supplement a fair amount of time for my body to adjust to it, and then, after a couple of months, I’ll assess the results and then decide whether or not I’ll continue using this supplement.One thing that I have noticed, this Rauwolscine doesn’t seem to enhance my libido as much as the regular form of Yohimbine, and it’s a tad bit more expensive, as well. At $30 for a two month supply, it’s a fairly good value, an option worth considering. So far, I’m satisfied with this Turk Labs Rauwolscine. Although I’m still uncertain as to whether I prefer Rauwolscine, or regular Yohimbine, I would certainly recommend this supplement to those who prefer Rauwolscine.

For those familiar with this supp, they know the power behind it. It can be VERY uncomfortable or dangerous in high dosages. If I take 1 of these with a caffeine source, I am ready to get things done. It is definitely about as strong as I want to go on stimulants. It can go from feeling great to feeling bad pretty quickly. Used correctly, this is one of the most potent additions around.

This helps with giving me more energy. I take it in the morning.

Been using almost a month now and haven't felt any difference at all. For the price, it's too much to continue without any results. Also, come to find out that it has been recalled in Canada and has unsafe side effects, so I'm done.

Not seen anything happening while taking these, done different methods (with/without food/water, morning/evening and so on) and nothing has been noticed. Only reason no 1 star is because I didn't notice any taste and they're easy to swallow

I have noticed an overall improvement in my energy level and a reduction in cravings since adding this supplement to my routine. I take one capsule in the morning, with or without food and have had no negative effects. Quality supplement!
