the original player I received was defective. it wouldn't play a single cd without repeatedly skipping. I don't mean like when a CD is scratched, but it was like the player would stop reading for a few seconds here and there, and the CD itself seemed to start slowing down before going again. I couldn't play a single CD all the way through without problems. There was nothing wrong with the CDs; some of them I tried playing were even brand new and never had been removed from their case.Since I had seen videos online of this player working just fine, I figured mine had to be defective so I requested a replacement and sure enough the second player I received works 100% fine without any issues. I love the way it looks, everyone I've shown it to thinks it looks adorable, and the decorative "tone arm" really confuses people! the speakers are pretty decent for its size. It looks very attractive sitting on a desk or bookshelf and it can easily be moved. I'm very happy to have it!

Bought as a birthday gift to a little boy who loves music. Interesting little thing. Only thing is that nowadays we don’t have CD…. But it has more functions than it looks like. It supports playing from USB, also is okay to be used as Bluetooth speaker. Which saved me when I eventually found that I didn’t bring a CD as well.

A pretty good player for the price, there are some downsides. The low battery notification raises the volume of the music temporarily which adds an unpleasant jumpscare, when you turn off the player it resets the volume every time and you have to turn it off to put in a new cd. The Bluetooth doesn't allow connection for wireless headphones. But if you want a cd player that's relatively easy to use and a nice retro feel then this is decent.

This is such a cute CD player. However it's basically worthless. Worked for a day or 2 and then quit. The sound wasn't great when it did work. I wish it would have worked out because I really wanted a CD player that looked like a record player.

It looks and sounds good. Very portable.

This could have been great but it has so many problems. The main problem for me is that the battery does not hold a charge. I think this is because there is no OFF button so it keeps using the battery even when you are not using it. The sound quality is acceptable. I use it for MP3 books but it does not remember where you left off so you have to find your spot yourself, that can only be done with the remote.

Everything looks nice and the music sounds good on the speaker the only tiny disappointment I have is it doesn’t transition smoothly to the next track on the cds (it pauses for a second then goes to the next track). Other than that I would really recommend it’s so cute
