Used for Gardening
Got this product to help the knees while gardening outside. Works like a champ. Also found it made a decent seat cushion.

Nice pad but not large
This is a nice quality pad. However, it is not as large as pictured. The dimensions are correct (which I did not pay attention to). This is more a medium size.

Firm — good For Balance Training & Sitting
I use this to complete physical therapy balance exercises for visual vertigo. I also have compressed nerves in my lower back. By sitting on this cushion I can sit longer in allTypes of chairs. It softens wood chairs and adds firmness to too soft couches. I am 5’7 and weigh 160 lbs. the firmness and weight work well for me.
