Absolute garbage!
If you are looking for sand bags that you can poke your finger through after a week in the sun then these are for you. Completely splits open and spills sand everywhere after a month

Empty
These appear to be a standard sandbag. They are empty. They're folded, nice and flat for easy storage and that's what I've done with them. So until there's a flood I really won't be able to tell you how well they work. These are purchased for emergency backup use so I have not filled them. I simply put them away in the emergency supplies closet
