Strong plastic, many uses
I am not a golfer, but I am a fan of the PGA and Scottie Scheffler is one of my favorites on tour. I will confess that that tipped me towards getting this. I'd been thinking about getting a stability ball (or whatever you want to call it) for a while now for my weight training, and when I saw this I grabbed it. It's "easy" to inflate in that they provide you a pump that's simple to use and then there's another plastic piece to quickly plug the opening with. The pump is, again, "easy" to use. It works and the ball inflates. You get a good little cardio session out of it if you want to actually do it quickly and even a bit of a forearm workout. Actually, there's very little pressure involved, which is why it takes a bit longer, so it's not tough on the hands or forearms. As for use, again I'm not a golfer so I probably won't use it for the golf-specific exercises, but it's cool that they have a training program in place. I did squats with bands down onto it and then I used it for ab crunches. It's good for seated exercises as well and lots of other things. The plastic, as stated in the headline, is thicker than what I've seen in other balls, so I'm confident this won't burst no matter what I throw at it, and it should last a very long time. It does have the plastic plug, but I don't see that as being a problem. If anything, it's good because you can easily deflate the ball to store it, then reinflate it to use. One of the reasons I was hesitant about getting one of these is that they take up a fair bit of space, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this easily removable plug. One other thing is that they included what looks like a pitch-mark repair tool for fixing the indentation your ball makes when it lands on the green. This came in a little baggie with a green ribbon. Interesting.

Thick and durable
This stability ball meets the high-end standard of the spectrum. The material is thick and durable. It also has a nice texture to it so you don't slide as you would with some cheaper versions. The included pump is a little difficult to manage but gets the job done. At least it is small and easy to store or take on travel. The trial training program isn't great and IMO not worth continuing. Many of the same exercises can be learned elsewhere online, or better yet, pay for a more robust training app.

I do not golf, but I love this ball!
I missed that this was intended for golfing purposes, but it doesn't change that this is a very nice exercise ball. I recently had a mishap with my previous one. Let's just say kitty claws and rubber balls are not a very good mix. I'd had it for years it was time for a replacement. I tend to use mine in place of a regular desk chair. I do have an office chair, but if you're sitting in it for hours on end a day while working. You're well aware of how painful it can become on the back. Using an exercise ball in place of a chair helps alleviate that pain in the lower back and loosen the tight muscles. It is a bit on the smaller side so I did need to lower my desk a bit for it to be comfortable to use, but luckily I can do that easily with my desk. I am not a fan of the pump provided to inflate this ball. It's very tedious and takes quite a bit of time. I would recommend using a powered pump to save your arms a bit. I haven't noticed any leaks or seam tears and I've been using this for about 2-3 weeks now. Hopefully, it will hold up over time, but it does feel very well-made and sturdy.

Ver flexible and Works for larger bodies
I am 330lbs and regularly use this stability ball and never think twice about the potential of this failing. A little smaller than I anticipated honestly, but more on me for not validating circumference. Works as anticipated.

Helping with old backs
I've never owned an exercise ball before, but it was recommended to help strengthen my core, and work out some discomfort associated with sciatica, or so I was told. That said, I enjoy sitting on and doing light stretches with this exercise ball.I can't speak to the golfer or brand endorsement but this ball met the criteria I needed, which was mostly that it came with a pump (which it does) and that it could hold my big 6ft, 250 lb butt with no problem (which it also does). Also came with a few feet of silky green ribbon, not sure what that was about, maybe some kind of golf thing, but that's got nothing to do with me. I put it in my craft box and will use it to wrap a gift on St. Patrick's Day or something down the road.

Sturdy stability ball
The GolfForever Stability Ball has proven itself as a versatile fitness companion, extending its utility from golf-specific exercises to general stability and core workouts. The ball's high-quality construction and durability are commendable, providing a reliable foundation for a range of exercises. The kit's completeness, featuring a plastic stopper, a stopper remover, and a ribbon type measure for inflation, simplifies the setup process. The inclusion of a handheld inflator is convenient, promoting accessibility. However, my kit arrived with a broken inflator, suggesting that packaging improvements could prevent such breakages during transit.Additionally, the GolfForever Stability Ball boasts an app for training, although I haven't personally tested it. This feature adds another layer of versatility, potentially enhancing the overall fitness experience. Despite the packaging issue, this stability ball remains a high-quality and adaptable fitness tool, promising durability and thoughtful accessories for various exercises. With improved packaging, it could seamlessly deliver on its promise of promoting stability and core strength, with the added potential benefit of the accompanying training app.
