Size:34" Bar These Aluminium hairpin legs are handmade by a British company. Manufactured with superior T6 grade Aluminium with all fillet welds for maximum strength done via G.T.A.W process (more commonly known as T.I.G welding). All Legs from the shortest to the longest have three prongs that can brushed for a satin finish, polished or painted in your choice of colour, or left just as it comes in a worked natural patina that will elegantly become part of any environment. Each aluminium hairpin weights approximately a third of the weight of a steel equivalent. Unlike other manufacturers our base plates are handmade not mass produced CNC plasma or laser cut. Each nominal base plate is annealed, then whilst hot is press formed to shape. The mounting holes are then drilled and countersunk, to accept four 5mm countersunk screws.
