I recommend brand of lens cover. I haves used other covers for decades. These are the best so far. They are a little harder to install but don’t worry about that. These covers stay in place. This brand now is because it includes holes to access the custom buttons

I had tried and discarded the covers commonly found here in the US. A friend had one of these, so I ordered one. Great fitting (a little tough to get on), but wears well and looks great.

Overall, an excellent alternative choice for lens protection. The material from which it's made doesn't stretch all that much and ultimately requires a bit more effort to install. The multi-section segments are very precisely cut and are sewn along both edges.I did encounter what may be either a design deficiency or lack of quality control. Segment 4, whose function it is to protect the focus ring, is to wide. It covers the focus ring plus a small segment of the lens barrel between the focus ring and control ring which has a protective segment of its own. Given the snug fit, the extension of the focus ring segment onto the lens barrel makes any use of the manual focus ring extremely difficult. To overcome this, I cut Segment 4 into two pieces, the broader one to cover the manual focus ring and the narrower one to cover the section of the lens barrel between the control ring and manual focus ring.Subsequently, I have heard from both an acquaintance who had the same experience as I and a fellow forum participant who indicated his copy of the 600 PF did not exhibit any manual focus difficulty. His focus ring focused just as smoothly with the RolanPro installed as it did without. However, the material Rolanpro uses to manufacture this particular model has little stretchability. All 3 of us experienced difficulty getting the section for the terminal end of the lens and the lens hood installed.Perhaps Rolanpro needs to look at the design of, in particular, Section 4 of this product and perhaps employ a material with just a wee bit more ability to stretch.

I’ve stick with this brand because ‘Lenscoat’ fall apart too quick. Tough to put on because they fit tightly but worth it.

The material and stitching is very high quality and I suspect will last for a long time. However as others have mentioned, there is a problem with segment 4 that covers the focus ring. With the current design, this segment covers the focus ring plus a portion of the lens barrel. Due to the tight fit and the backing material, there is friction produced with the barrel when you rotate the focus ring, making it hard to turn. Segment 4 should be two pieces - one that covers only the focus ring, and one that covers that section of the barrel. I may try cutting segment 4 into two pieces as another reviewer has done since I like everything else about this cover. However, I’m concerned that it will cause the fabric and backing to fray.

Molto ben fatto. Ottime rifiniture. Calza perfettamente sul corpo dell'obiettivo. Non presenta scivolamenti nè slabbrature. Non ho riscontrato il problema evidenziato in alcune precedenti recensioni: la fascia che copre la ghiera della messa a fuoco scorre perfettamente pur essendo più larga della ghiera stessa. Probabilmente i nuovi modelli sono stati modificati rispetto al passato inserendo una giunzione elastica (che si può notare in foto) che consente un adattamento pressoché perfetto al corpo dell'obiettivo. Assolutamente superiore al prodotto venduto dalla più famosa marca americana. Peccato solo per il prezzo che non sia molto concorrenziale. In ogni caso sono molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto. Tempi di consegna relativamente brevissimi (1 settimana) considerando che il prodotto arriva da extra UE ed è soggetto anche ai tempi dello sdoganamento.

Trovo esagerato il prezzo.
