Back brace seems to help my lower back pain. However, the bag it came in was junk. The zipper broke before I ever got the brace out of it.After using the brace for a few weeks intermittently, maybe 10-15 hours per week, the threads on the binding began to unravel. I am cutting off long string every few days. The hook & loop fabric is of very low quality and does not grip tightly. If you need to bend over for instance, then it releases its grip. Not practical!Finally, the sizing is inaccurate. The Large size barely reaches a 38" waste; certainly nothing bigger, if you use it as instructed.

The plastic “bone spikes” are too far apart to be effectively supporting the spine — it would work if additional 4 or at least 2 spikes are added to the current design.

Works for me!
Great support. I can tell the difference when I wear it versus when o do not. When I wear it, I can feel the correction & support in my stance. I also am on my feet for a longer period of time without lower back pain.I wear a thin tank as a barrier between my skin and the brace. The brace does not hurt and its adjustable-- hood thing if you lose or gain weight 😉.
