Geyser developed fault within 6 months of being purchased. Body developed layers of rust on bottom as tank started leaking and heating element rusted. Fortunately, these components are covered under warranty so they'll get replaced. Unfortunately, the spare parts are not readily available with the company even in Delhi NCR. It's been more than a week but the spare parts have not arrived yet. I can't imagine how long it'd take for spares to be available in non metro cities.Would strongly suggest to avoid this brand, as the quality seems subpar and product support lacking, unless you would like being without geyser when you need it the most - monsoons and winters. Go for tried and tested brands even if they are a bit expensive. The savings here are not worth the hassle.
