If you like to scrub your skin red, this is perfect for you. It is very rough, but not too rough. It is perfect for a very rigorous scrubbing.This is a long, thin, flexible, towel-like, plastic mesh. Holds a ton of lather like a loofa, but much less water than a washcloth. So you end up scrubbing as much as you want without running out of soap.When you are done, it rinses easily, dries fast, doesn't mildew, doesn't smell. Great for travel. Haven't tried, but you could probably cut it in pieces without unraveling.Love it. Have used it for years. Doesn't really wear out. It wears in. I thought the vendor selling purple, green, and other colors besides the yellow, pink and powder blue was selling Salux. That vendor was selling counterfeits. Salux is 100% nylon and you can see that the top package for the purple towel is sold as a Salux counterfeit.Genuine Sales towels don't lose their durability and exfoliation after one use. The 100% nylon fabric ensures both. It takes getting used to the exfoliation but your skin will feel rejuvenated.

I’ve had this on my wish list for a long time and I finally went for it and bought it! It definitely leaves my skin soft. It is a rough texture but it’s not too rough for my skin. For me it’s the perfect amount of roughness to make it effective to get rid of dead skin cells or whatever it is this thing does. It lathers up so easily with soap and I especially like to use it on bumpy areas on my skin like my elbows and knees. I feel like it’s been helping in those areas. My boyfriend even compliments my soft skin and I got so excited because I knew it was this cloth working it’s magic. Will continue to use and order more when I run out.

Great for washing my back. It isn't soft, but didn't want something soft. I wish it were narrower. It's about twice as wide as I would prefer.

They might seem coarse at first, but they will soften up with more use. Much better than wash cloths; sloughs dead skin cells with daily use.

I have purchased these Japanese wash cloths for 30+ years. And loved them!!! You’ve changed the consistency and texture to make them much softer. I prefer them to be the coarseness that they have been up until this last order. They last forever with the amazing coarseness and exfoliating. Please bring back the super coarse

I've bought and used "scrubby" towels for many years. I am now 75 yrs old and these seem gentle enough for my older skin. I have to say that these are the best i've ever used. They are thicker than most, substantial. They are generous in width and length. They don't go limp and soft after several uses. I like that. Maybe not everyone's thing. They really invigorate and feel especially great on the back. I haven't tried to dry brush with one yet, but I intend to. With this product, I can ditch the back brush and the sugar scrub. Keep it simple. Lotion up after the shower and voila! you are silky and smooth. Love them! Glad there were three in a pack.
