warped
The first reed out of the box was so warped that it was unusable. My son said it reminded him of a wavy Lays potato chip. He has opened several more of the reeds and so far so good with those. They play fine if they aren't warped, but disappointed that they weren't all in good condition.

Coming from primarily using Rico brand, I had high expectations for this brand. Tried two reeds out of the box hoping that the first one was bad, but both were the same.
