Does help with posture control.But, it is very difficult to apply correctly. No helpful instruction for easier application. In fact, no instructions at all

This product is designed to fit small people. I'm 5' 10" and 205 lbs and it is so tight on me it is uncomfortable. I guess if I dropped 30lbs it would probably be a good fit.

It really works for me!
I wear it at work and it keeps me from slouching at my desk. Half way through the day, I do not get that uncomfortable back pain that forces me to get up and stretch.

This thing REALLY WORKS!!!
I am generally skeptical about these kinds of products, that's why I bought an inexpensive one. I ordered it on Wednesday and it came on Friday. I tried it for about three hours, and I felt 100% better from the minute I put it on. I have been feeling tense with pain in the shoulder blades for the last three weeks and this posture corrector really supported my shoulders so that my discomfort is gone.
