Bad delivery
Product great but delivery by evri let it down loads .dumped out side never even knocked and left wrong parcel had to find him to get the correct one

Thick 4.5 tog
Arrived this morning, quite a strong smell from the packaging but it's wearing off slowly now it's been left out to air. Quite thick for a 4.5 tog, it's definitely thicker than the one on our other bed. Nice and soft to the touch, not tried it on the bed yet. Appears good value for money.
