This is great for high stress times and exhaustion! There are a lot of vitamins and antioxidants, and it really seems to work to improve energy levels with a little time.

Weird smell to the inside of the bottle but we're not here to smell we're here to swallow. Capsules are big but manageable to swallow. Didn't hurt my stomach at all ( I did take it after a meal) and has seemed to work with soothing my pms a bit. If I see any changes whether good or bad I will update.

If superfood supplements actually do support my health and immune system I obviously do not know, but at least I feel like I’m doing something good for myself. I have been taking maca for a few months and although people say it helps with stress and Engergy I am taking it to help balence my hormones. After being on a form of birthcontol I had spotting, this helped that and I no longer spot. The reason why I didnt give this product more stars is I cant seem to find where on the lable its Organic Maca root. I just find that strange usally when products are organic/ Non gemo etc. they spesify on the outside. Im a little skeptical about it not being organic. it says 100% natural but that doesnt mean organic.

This stuff gives you energy without the jitters or crash. First time I took it I had a hard time sleeping because I took it late afternoon. So I would recommend starting this in the morning and after a meal. It gives you head clarity and energy without the hyperness or jitters. Start with one pill. It helps me get going in the morning and be more productive and when I take this, I want to get things done and actually do lol.

Je le bois depuis deux semaines au moins et je n'ai encore remarque aucun effect. Je prends deux comprimes par jour. Ils ne sont pas faciles a avaler car tres gros. Pas terribles. Je vais encore continuer pour completer un mois et peut-etre augmenter le nombre de comprimes par jour.
